Tier4 Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Michigan to support cash flow objectives through effective account management and timely collections. You will serve as a liaison among customers, finance, sales, and billing teams, ensuring accurate invoicing and efficient resolution of account issues.

The role requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong Excel and SAP experience, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of accounts receivable/collections experience.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with SAP.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated success resolving payment issues and driving collections.

Aufgaben

• Oversee a designated group of customer accounts across multiple segments.
• Monitor balances and accelerate collections to reduce aging.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and short pays.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Finance on billing concerns.
• Apply remittances accurately and perform account reconciliations.
• Support invoice delivery through portals and systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve receivable processes and controls.
• Cross-train and cover for other team members as needed.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and process improvements.
