Qualifications

• Working knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (PivotTables) and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and distribute customer invoices and statements.
• Maintain accurate customer account information and documentation.
• Set up new customer accounts and keep required records.
• Process payments by check, card, and EFT; post payments and reconcile balances.
• Monitor outstanding AR balances and support collections activities.
• Prepare monthly AR reports and ad-hoc financial information.
