Job summary

LKQ Corp is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Nashville as a Collector focused on NSF checks and AR management. You will prepare and post payments, reconcile ledgers, and produce aging reports to help ensure accurate receivables.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 1+ year of related experience; associate degree preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word, is expected to support daily duties and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, record, verify, and report accounts receivable transactions and post customer payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain and reconcile AR ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports.
• Develop and evaluate AR policies and procedures with internal controls.
• Produce aging analyses and reports to identify delinquencies and potential fraud.
