LKQ is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist in Nashville, TN. You will process AR transactions, coordinate billing and collections, and ensure accurate postings of customer payments. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1+ year of AR experience; associate degree is a plus. Will work in a fast-paced finance team with standard office tools and procedures.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of accounts receivable or related experience.
• Preferred: Associate's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts receivable in a timely manner.
• Prepare payments for expenses and invoices.
• Coordinate billing and collection activities.
• Record, verify, analyze, and report AR transactions.
• Maintain AR ledgers, statements, and reports.
• Develop AR policies and ensure controls are followed.
• Produce aging and bad debt analyses; reconcile bill runs.
• Handle low-volume customer billing and respond to queries.
• Record payments from checks, cards, and PayPal.
• Communicate with internal/external contacts to resolve disputes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to final resolution.
• Document communications and actions for timely payments.
• Create periodic and ad hoc AR reports; support process improvement.
