This role involves leading end-to-end customer issue resolution management and analysis for customers in the USAC Customer Operations business group. The individual will research and analyze customer-specific payments, delinquencies, and creditworthiness to identify root causes and implement preventative action plans, while also focusing on increasing productivity and process improvements.
Responsibilities include supporting customers and internal partners by partnering with business group customers and internal teams such as sales to resolve delinquent accounts. The role requires performing vigorous collection activities on past due accounts within defined credit policies through extensive telephone, email, and written communication.
Effective oral and written communication skills are essential to drive results and ensure a positive customer experience.
The analyst will perform in-depth analysis of customer payment behaviors, review open accounts receivable items, investigate causes of delinquency, and implement effective resolution strategies.
Establishing and maintaining credibility and trust with customers and businesses by ensuring timely, accurate resolution processing and detailed reporting is crucial.
Required qualifications include direct experience in B2B collections, dispute management within accounts receivable, and skills in financial statement analysis, negotiation, and credit principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational and soft skills, initiative in process improvement activities, and the ability to influence change management.
