Kforce's client, a growing manufacturing organization in Hastings, MI is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to help oversee day-to-day AR operations while providing guidance and leadership within the department. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to drive process improvements, enhance reporting, and support automation initiatives. Duties:

• Lead accounts receivable operations including collections, cash application, invoicing, reconciliations, and dispute resolution
• Monitor customer accounts and aging reports
• Partner with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve payment issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
