Job summary

LeeSar and CSF in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst who can combine AR fundamentals with financial analysis and contract interpretation.

You will own complex receivables, ensuring rebates, administrative fees, and incentives are accurately calculated, collected, and accounted for. You'll connect contracts to what we've earned and what we've been paid, and investigate discrepancies to maximize cash flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5 years of AR or related finance experience, healthcare or GPO background preferred.
• Proficiency in Oracle/SAP and Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing, collections, cash application, account reconciliations, and aging of receivables.
• Review and interpret contracts to understand rebates, admin fees, volume incentives, and other terms.
• Analyze purchasing and financial data to determine expected payments.
• Compare expected revenue vs vendor reporting and actual payments.
• Investigate discrepancies, underpayments, unapplied cash, and outstanding balances.
• Proactively recover amounts owed to the organization.
• Perform general ledger and AR reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Work with large data sets to identify errors, trends, and improvements.
