Job summary

Henningsen Construction, Inc. in Atlantic, IA is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting Department.

The role requires detail orientation, strong computer and accounting experience, and the ability to manage cash receipts, billing and contracts in a fast-paced environment. You will support daily AR tasks, answer phones, sort mail, direct visitors and perform other duties as assigned.

Duties include all accounts receivable duties including cash receipts, billing and contracts. Other administrative duties include answering the phone, sorting mail, directing visitors, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
