Job summary

H&M USA, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our accounting team. This is a full-time, in-person position and is not eligible for remote work.

Responsibilities include daily AR activities, invoicing and posting, monitoring balances, reconciliations, and month-end close support. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and teamwork within Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of AR and basic accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Must be able to work on-site, five days per week.
