The Opportunity

What You’ll Contribute

  • Prepare deposits and post cash receipts across multiple bank accounts, ensuring accurate invoice application.
  • Distribute invoices to clients via email and online billing portals.
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies, adjust customer accounts as needed, and assist with monthly account reconciliations.
  • Assist with month-end close by ensuring timely completion of documented procedures.
  • Assist Accountants and Managers with customer and supplier support documentation to ensure timely processing in the corporate billing cycle.
  • Work as a team player to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, as well as internal accountants and collectors.

What We’re Seeking

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of accounts receivable experience.
  • Experience in cash posting and applications including client and miscellaneous cash receipts.
  • Experience managing large volumes of invoice distribution via email and customer online billing portals (e.g., Ariba,Coupa, etc.).
  • Knowledge of accounting standards related to credit/debit memos, journal entries, and reporting reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and major ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to manage a high volume of emails from accounting and client-service teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
