Job summary

Accounting Career Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented accounts receivable specialist to support a growing nonprofit with a strong community impact. You will oversee billing, invoicing, and reconciliations to ensure accurate cash application and timely statements.

You will assist with month-end close, coordinate budgeting efforts, and review contract-related accounting activities to ensure adherence to terms and grant requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with AR processes, billing, and account reconciliations.
• Ability to assist with month-end close and budgeting.
• Familiarity with grant accounting or contract compliance is a plus.
