Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an AR Accountant to join our client in Pennsauken, New Jersey. This onsite direct hire role supports receivables, strengthens cash flow, and maintains financial accuracy across the organization.

You will collaborate with internal partners to resolve billing issues, analyze account activity for discrepancies, and prepare reporting on receivables and credit exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting functions.
• Proficiency using ERP platforms and advanced spreadsheet tools to manage, analyze, and report financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated analytical problem solving abilities with experience researching account issues and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including collection efforts, aging reviews, and payment follow up to support healthy cash flow and timely account resolution.
• Analyze customer account activity to identify discrepancies, payment variances, deductions, credits, and other issues requiring investigation or corrective action.
• Coordinate with internal business partners to resolve billing concerns, pricing differences, and outstanding account matters while maintaining positive professional relationships.
• Prepare and review financial and operational reporting related to receivables, collection performance, and credit exposure to support informed decision making.
• Ensure adherence to established financial controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule:
