Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Enter and update financial transactions, payments, receipts, and invoices into accounting software or ledgers.
• Verification & Reconciliation: Check the accuracy of data inputs, compare statements, and resolve billing or account discrepancies.
• Record Management: File, organize, and maintain physical and digital paperwork related to financial records and transactions.
• Reporting & Closing: Generate reports on account balances and assist with month-end or year-end closing procedures.
• Communication: Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding account status, charges, and payment histories.
