Qualifications

• Associate degree in finance/business or equivalent experience with three years in accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if experience qualifies.
• Strong numerical accuracy and knowledge of payroll and general ledger procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process employee time data and payroll information accurately.
• Audit invoices against purchase orders and prepare checks for payments.
• Post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, grant reports, and department reports as needed.
• Assist with external audits and regulatory reporting.
