Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Vendor Specialist to manage timely posting and payment of Accounts Payable invoices for assigned stores. The role emphasizes accuracy in COUPA processing, vendor communication, and monthly reconciliation.

The candidate will work in a team environment, handling high-volume AP tasks, vendor inquiries, and spreadsheets. Prior dealership AP experience is a plus; familiarity with CDK systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2 years of full cycle accounts payable experience.
• Experience with automated posting and payment systems; high volume a plus.
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, & Adobe Acrobat.
• Comfortable in team environment.
• Dealership experience with CDK preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process all invoices daily after reviewing COUPA views.
• Resolve vendor issues and communicate with store managers.
• Perform statement reconciliation and update the shared spreadsheet.
• Complete month-end processing and participate in reconciliation meetings.
• Coordinate with parts manager and store team for inventories as needed.
