Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory AP/AR role.
• Strong understanding of purchasing and PO lifecycle.
• Experience hiring and managing a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AP staff and workflow.
• Identify training needs and provide training.
• Maintain internal controls to prevent audit findings.
• Improve processes to scale the business and strengthen controls.
• Resolve invoicing and payment issues with vendors.
• Support month-end accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare daily AP reports and metrics.
• Oversee payment approvals and processing.
• Collaborate with business systems teams.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
