Job summary

Uline, headquartered in Corporate HQ with a Pleasant Prairie, WI campus, is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead to mentor a team of AP specialists and ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time.

The role includes overseeing month-end close activities, interviews for new hires, and ensuring ledger accuracy. On-site work offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Leadership experience preferred.

• Complete month-end accounting processes, including invoice reporting and account reconciliations.
• Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the Accounts Payable team.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
