Uline, a premier supplier of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead at its Wisconsin facility. You will supervise AP specialists, ensuring timely invoice payments and accurate month-end close while mentoring staff and driving process improvements.

The role emphasizes leadership, accuracy, and collaboration across finance functions, with on-site work at Uline's Pleasant Prairie campus and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of AP Specialists, providing regular feedback, guidance and support to help your team succeed.
• Complete month-end accounting processes, including invoice reporting and account reconciliations.
• Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the Accounts Payable team.
• Review and audit recurring reports and general ledger accounts and descriptions for accuracy and consistency.
