Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator to support the Global Shared Services Client Accounts Payable team. The role focuses on configuring IMS user profiles, designing workflows, and integrating new properties with the system.

You will assist with training, documentation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. The position emphasizes autonomy, strong communication, and collaboration with internal and external teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AP experience, IMS administration exposure.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business admin or related field preferred.
• Experience with internal controls and segregation of duties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create IMS user profiles and access.
• Design and optimize invoice workflows for efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients to align workflows with needs.
• Onboard new properties and ensure system integration.
• Collaborate with IMS support to resolve issues and implement changes.
• Provide user training and document configurations and procedures.
