Job summary

Venture Global LNG is seeking a detail-oriented AP Supplier and Processing Specialist for the Arlington location. You will manage supplier master data in SAP and Coupa, validate banking and tax docs, and handle invoice processing while supporting onboarding, changes, and fraud prevention.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain supplier and business partner primary data in SAP and Coupa.
• Validate supplier banking information using established procedures and third-party verification tools.
• Review and validate supplier tax documentation, including W-9 and related TIN information.
• Perform outbound supplier verification calls to confirm banking and supplier details.
• Ensure supplier records are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Review and process supplier change requests, including banking updates and payment term updates.
• Maintain documentation and audit support related to supplier validations and approvals.
• Support fraud prevention and risk mitigation activities related to supplier data management.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting and stakeholders to resolve supplier setup issues.
• Assist with responding to inquiries and processing invoices in Coupa for approvals and payment.
