Job summary

The role supports system implementations, audits, and cross-department collaboration to improve efficiency. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP or related finance with at least 2 years supervising staff; familiarity with SAP S4/Hana, Oracle, and Concur is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in accounts payable or related finance roles.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or Concur preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounts payable activities and coach team.
• Ensure accurate invoice processing and regulatory compliance.
• Lead system implementations and support SAP S4/Hana, Oracle, and Concur.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AP reports.
• Oversee payment runs (ACH, wires, checks) and month-end close.
