• Or Master's degree with 3 years related work experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience accepted.

• Oversee Accounts Payable operations for the Financial Services Division, ensuring compliance with City policies.
• Lead payment runs, vendor onboarding, and exception resolution.
