Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable processes and staff to produce checks and electronic payments.
• Process 1099s and month-end close related tasks.
• Manage vendor setup, credit applications, and payment disputes.
• Maintain vendor information and interdepartmental billings.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safeguard company assets.
