Job summary

Photronics is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP function in a on-site, Brookfield, CT environment. You will oversee invoice processing, payments, and ERP-related activities while partnering with Procurement, Receiving, and Treasury teams to optimize cash flow and internal controls.

The role requires strong leadership, a continuous improvement mindset, and experience with SOX controls in a multinational setting. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in manufacturing, tech, or publicly traded environments.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Experience supporting SOX/compliance and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize accounts payable in a fast-paced global manufacturing setting.
• Oversee invoice processing, payments, vendor setup, and ERP activities.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and 1099 reporting.
• Partner with Procurement, Receiving, Treasury, and site Finance teams.
