Job summary

Truity Partners in the Mequon area is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor with strong AP expertise and supervisory experience. You will oversee day-to-day AP functions, drive process improvements, and maintain internal controls, while coordinating with Purchasing and Operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or equivalent supervisory background, 1+ year in AP supervision, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent supervisory experience.
• 1+ year direct supervisory experience leading an AP team.
• Strong AP expertise with vendor management and invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily AP operations, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Coach and develop the AP team with training and performance feedback.
• Review invoice processing, batches, and vendor maintenance for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee check runs, ACH, wire transfers, and other electronic payments.
• Resolve complex invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries while maintaining relationships.
• Support month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounting, and Operations to improve workflow.
• Identify and implement AP process improvements to boost efficiency.
