Qualifications

• Experience supervising accounts payable staff and day-to-day AP operations.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills for reporting and analytics.
• Experience with Workday Financials or similar ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations across multiple entities.
• Supervise AP staff and provide guidance and training.
• Coordinate payment methods (ACH, checks, wires) and month-end close.
• Ensure invoices are coded correctly and approvals are obtained on time.
• Support audits and vendor inquiries; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with 1099 reporting and vendor maintenance.
