You will mentor associates, review vendor records, and maintain compliance across all AP functions, including CFIN processing, with a focus on integrity, service, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoice processing from receipt to validation, entry, matching, and payment.
• Review and maintain vendor records, including setup, terms, and banking info.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AP issues while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
