Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related field.
• 1–3 years full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word; SAP experience.
• Knowledge of international payments and banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounts payable staff.
• Run payment proposals.
• 1099 reporting.
• Audit and post PO and Non-PO Invoices; confirm Vendor Master.
• Perform monthly closing procedures; run weekly reports; prepare journal entries.
• Resolve invoice issues with Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory, and Purchasing.
