Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related field.
• 1–3 years full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word; SAP experience.
• Knowledge of international payments and banking requirements.

A Day in the Life:

In the position of Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will supervise the accounts payable staff to ensure invoices are processedaccurately and paid timely.

The Impact You’ll Make:

• Supervise accounts payable staff.
• Run payment proposals
• 1099 reporting
• Audit and post PO and Non PO Invoices. Audit and confirm Vendor Master.
• Perform monthly closing procedures. Run weekly reports. Prepare journal entries.
• Resolve invoice issues with Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory, and Purchasing
• Audit and confirm Vendor Master.

Who You Are:

• Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of – Accounting, Business Administration or related field of study
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in full cycle accounts payable in a fast-pacedenvironment
  Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in supervisor role
• Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word (vlookups, pivot tables), SAP
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Prior knowledge and experience with Internationalpayments/banking requirements.

Pay Range

$72,000—$96,000 USD
