Job summary

Black Diamond Equipment is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee daily A/P operations, ensure accurate invoice coding, and manage vendor payments. The role focuses on leading a team, improving processes, and supporting month-end close in a fast-paced outdoor-gear company.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting/finance or related field, with 5+ years' A/P experience including 2+ years in supervision. ERP proficiency, especially Dynamics 365 BC, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive A/P experience including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in outdoor/consumer goods is a plus; strong accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily A/P operations including invoice processing and payment runs.
• Maintain accurate coding and approvals per company policies.
• Lead, train, and develop Accounts Payable staff.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting requests.
• Foster vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies quickly.
