Home Market Foods is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team in a hybrid role based at our Norwood, MA office. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $92,000 annually and requires CPG or Food Manufacturing experience.

The role emphasizes process improvement, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance. Strong leadership, ERP experience, and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with PO-based invoice processing and three-way matching.
• Experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full-cycle Accounts Payable process including invoice entry, matching, coding, approvals, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations.
• Review AP aging and resolve outstanding issues with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires, P-card).
• Support month-end and year-end close activities (accruals, reconciliations, audit requests).
• Oversee three-way matching of POs, invoices, and warehouse receipts/BOLs.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and vendors to resolve unmatched invoices and ensure timely processing.
• Provide guidance on AP policies and procedures to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in automation projects (OCR, ERP enhancements) and SOP development.
