• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2+ years AP experience.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations ensuring accurate processing across all transactions.
• Manage AP team workload and act as backup for payments and month-end close.
• Lead coaching and development of AP staff with training programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and AP automation.
• Serve as liaison between AP and stakeholders to resolve disputes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audits.
