Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Experience with invoice processing, vendor payments, and high-volume data entry.
• Knowledge of purchase orders, 3-way match, and AP best practices.

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 300 invoices per month with high accuracy.
• Review invoices, POs, and receiving docs; perform 3-way matching.
• Enter invoices and payments into ERP; ensure timely vendor payments.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close.
• Support audits and internal controls.
