Position Summary:

We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to support the AP Manager by overseeing daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role is vital to keeping our financial operations running smoothly and will serve as a go-to leader within the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily AP operations and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist the AP Manager with reporting, audits, and month-end close
• Review, approve, and process invoices, subcontractor pay applications, and expense reports
• Coordinate payment runs and reconcile vendor accounts
• Train and support AP staff, ensuring adherence to company procedures
• Work closely with project managers and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies
• Utilize Foundation Software for all AP functions and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience in the construction industry (required)
• Strong working knowledge of Foundation Software (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead or supervise a team in a high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field a plus
