Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Invoice Processing: Review POs, invoices, receipts and enter invoices to enable timely payments.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: research and resolve complex invoice, statement, or payment discrepancies with stakeholders.
  • Data Validation & Compliance: maintain Excel tracking and validate entries against system reports for payments and corrections.
  • Inbox & Workflow Management: manage centralized accounting inbox supporting digital processes.
  • Customer Support: provide financial customer service to internal departments and external vendors.
