Responsibilities include processing invoices, reimbursements, and maintaining vendor records in Elite 3E, with a strong focus on accuracy. Previous law firm experience is a plus; we offer growth in a collaborative, national firm

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create checks and electronic payments.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and accounting analyses.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Review, enter, and process attorney travel expense reimbursements.
• Upload and maintain expense details for client billing.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoice and payment status.
• Review and process accounts payable invoices.
• Enter accounts payable invoices into the Elite 3E accounting system.
• Maintain organized accounting files and supporting documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable activities across the firm, with an emphasis on supporting our West Coast offices.
• Provide copies and documentation as needed.
• Assist with special projects and other accounting tasks as assigned.
