• Minimum 2–3 years of accounts payable experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices per policy.
• Ensure timely payment including check runs and electronic payments.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable.
• Assist in financial reporting related to AP and aging.
• Ensure internal controls compliance and audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve AP issues.
• Manage the 201 account 'PO's received before invoices'.
• Monthly ordering of consumable office supplies.
