Job summary

SIXT is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Tulsa, OK to process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments with accuracy and in compliance with policies. You will resolve discrepancies, liaise with vendors and international teams, and support month-end activities in a fast-growing global environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent AP experience, ERP/Excel proficiency, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent AP/Accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial dashboards, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in financial transactions.
• Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ownership, professionalism, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payments accurately.
• Manage invoice discrepancies, payment issues, vendor inquiries, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
• Liaise with vendors, internal teams, Accounting, Finance, and international teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain vendor statements, payment schedules, ERP records, documentation, and reporting.
• Review invoices and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Assist with process improvements, audits, and month-end close activities.
