Job summary

Toot'n Totum Food Stores, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Finance team in a busy retail/c-store environment. You will manage the accounts payable process to ensure timely payments in accordance with company policies, while maintaining accurate documentation and proper approvals.

Responsibilities include logging invoices, processing weekly check runs, reconciling credit cards, coding invoices, and resolving creditor items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years’ experience preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable processes, vendor payments and AP documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log invoices with proper approvals.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs.
• Manage credit card reconciliation monthly.
• Post invoices and code in Finance system.
• Reconcile purchase orders to invoices; resolve outstanding creditor items.
• Respond to vendor payment inquiries and support continuous improvement.
