Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the accounting team. You will manage supplier invoices, ensure timely payments, and support month-end close with accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires 1–3 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Quantum ERP. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred. This is an on-site position in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of accounting principles, laws and standard practices.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor and supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Review invoice pricing and payment terms againstPOs or authorization docs.
• Prepare ACH, wire, checks, credit card and manual payments.
• Record AP activity in the accounting system and maintain documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing and audits as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies.
