Everus Construction Group, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the Shared Services Center by processing invoices, resolving queries, and ensuring policy compliance.

The role focuses on timely payments, accurate coding, and maintaining vendor relationships. Candidates should have an associate’s degree in accounting or related field and at least two years of AP experience in a for-profit company.

Competenze

• Requires an associate’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of Accounts Payable experience in a for-profit company.

Mansioni

• Enter, validate, and post invoices in AP system with accurate GL coding and proper approvals.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Adhere to AP policies, internal controls, and SOX compliance standards.
