Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage SAP-based AP transactions, adhere to SOPs, and provide responsive service to internal and external customers. The role collaborates with Tax and Vendor Master teams and supports audits, refunds, and vendor communications in a high-volume environment.

The position is hybrid, based in Kansas City, MO, and requires 2 years of AP/Procurement experience or an Associate degree with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of professional work experience.
• 2 years professional work experience in Accounts Payable or Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable transactions in SAP ECC related to payments, invoices & credits.
• Follow SOP for entry into SAP/ERP system.
• Research and answer internal and external customer questions with a customer service focus.
• Collaborate with Tax Department and Vendor Master Team; support audits and vendor relations.
• Monitor shared mailbox and respond to adhoc questions from clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
