Job summary

Testlio is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the global accounting team. You will manage end-to-end invoice and expense processing for Testlio’s entities, oversee disbursements, and ensure compliance across international operations.

Remote-first setup, with cross-functional collaboration across regions. You will optimize workflows, support period-end close, and maintain strong supplier relationships while upholding internal controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, with invoicing, vendor management and payment cycles.
• Familiarity with modern ERPs, accounting platforms, and expense management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and financial tracking.
• Solid understanding of AP accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and internal financial controls.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities to automate and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end invoice and expense processing, including coding and approval workflows per policy.
• Oversee routine disbursements, ensuring accurate and timely weekly and monthly payments.
• Handle corporate credit card reconciliations, track spending, and maintain financial controls.
• Foster strong supplier relationships by managing records, resolving discrepancies, and vendor queries.
• Assist with period-end close activities, including accruals and AP aging reviews.
• Collaborate across Testlio to streamline procure-to-pay lifecycle.
• Uphold internal controls and maintain audit readiness.

What would your day look like?

• Manage end-to-end invoice and expense processing, including coding and approval workflows, in alignment with company policies.
• Oversee routine disbursements, ensuring accurate and timely weekly and monthly payment cycles.
• Handle corporate credit card reconciliations, track spending, and uphold financial compliance standards.
• Foster strong supplier relationships by managing records, resolving account discrepancies, and addressing vendor queries promptly.
• Assist with period-end close activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, AP aging reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Testlio to streamline and optimize the broader procure-to-pay lifecycle.
• Uphold rigorous internal financial controls and maintain audit readiness.

What do you need to succeed?

Technical Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, demonstrating expertise in invoice processing, vendor management, and payment cycles.
• Practical familiarity with modern ERPs, accounting platforms, and expense management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and financial tracking.
• Solid understanding of core AP accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and internal financial controls.
• Proven ability to pinpoint opportunities to introduce automation and enhance operational workflows.
