Job summary

Mission Staffing’s client, a leading investment bank, seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst for a fully remote contract. You will manage invoice processing, payments, expense management, and reconciliations, supporting a streamlined AP cycle from receipt to payment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in AP within corporate or financial services, strong Excel skills, and solid communication. Workday is a plus but not required; thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices from receipt through payment, including coding, approvals, and data entry.

• Assist with audit requests by preparing supporting documentation.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries with excellent customer service.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
