Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant in Laguna Hills, CA. You will handle high-volume invoice processing, coding, and payments using QuickBooks and BILL, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

This on-site role requires 1+ year AP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with vendors and internal staff to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable experience with data entry and coding vendor invoices.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; able to enter data accurately.
• Experience with QuickBooks, BILL, or similar systems and vendor communications.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks and BILL.
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals and coding.
• Maintain vendor records including W-9s and payment data.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and assist with month-end close.
• Assist with 1099 preparation and tax documentation.
