Qualifications

• Experience using spreadsheets and maintaining accurate financial documentation.
• Ability to reconcile amounts, communicate with vendors, and meet processing deadlines.
• Experience in public-sector or NM school district accounting and purchasing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payments; ensure three-way matching when applicable.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed.
