Job summary

Teya is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support accurate supplier invoicing, payments and reconciliations across the company. Working closely with Finance, Procurement, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure robust controls and efficient payables processes.

This hands-on role covers invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has AP experience, high attention to detail and strong communication, with a proactive mindset to

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger.
• Knowledge of invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Proficient with finance systems and Excel.
• High attention to detail in high-volume work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of internal controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processing of supplier invoices from validation to payment.
• Review invoices for policy and tax compliance.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage payment runs and ensure timely approvals.
• Monitor AP inbox and prioritize urgent items.
• Act as a point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders.
• Support month-end close, accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare AP reports and dashboards.
• Participate in process improvements and system implementations.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
