Responsibilities include processing invoices, matching them to purchase orders, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and employees. The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of one year Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Account Analysis. Enter vendor invoices, compare with purchase orders, and investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements for all company accounts.
• Communicate promptly with internal/external stakeholders to resolve payment issues or provide information.
• Ensure timely payment to employees for travel expenses or tuition reimbursement.
• Maintain organized files and records of all transactions and supporting documentation. Work may be audited.
• Support special projects and departmental goals as needed.
