Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices from vendors.
• Match invoices to Purchase Orders and process into accounting system.
• Coordinate invoice/PO discrepancies with PO Administrator.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts payable records.
• Respond to vendor inquiries.
• Manage vendor relations and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Treasury to ensure payments are processed on time.
• Assist with preparation of accounts payable reports for monthly close.
• Suggest process improvements in accounts payable workflows.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices or payments.
