Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices from vendors.
• Match invoices to Purchase Orders and process into accounting system.
• Coordinate invoice/PO discrepancies with PO Administrator.
• Reconcile accounts payable records and ensure correct postings.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with Treasury to ensure timely payments.
